R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of a records
storage and retrieval system for the City Clerk's office and for
furnishing an electromechanical filing system for the Public Utili-
ties Department, Customer Service Division; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
on the records storage and retrieval system and the electromechanical
filing system be rejected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted on the records storage and retrieval system
and the electromechanical filing system are hereby rejected.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day o 1974.
