BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Finance Officer is hereby authorized to pay Moody's
Investors, Inc. Eleven Hundred and No/100 C$1,100.00) Dollars for
Municipal Bond Rating for bonds sold on January 22, 1974, in the
amount of $2,120,000 on Project WPC-TEX-9.75.
