WHEREAS., informal bids were received for the furnishing of
six (6) films from the Public Information Funds of the Crime Preven-
tion Grant 73-B1-1932 for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Travis Froehlich Associates submitted a bid for
furnishing said six films from the Public•Information Funds of the
Crime Prevention Grant 73,B1-1932; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion.that the bid
submitted by Travis Froehlich Associates is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Travis Froehlich Associates in the amount of One
Thousand Seven Hundred Sixteen and'No/100 ($1,716.00) Dollars be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
