R E S O L U T '1 O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on January 22, 1974, for
purchasing 95 garbage container units for the Solid Waste Department;
and,
WHEREAS, McClain Industries submitted a bid for furnishing
said 95 garbage container units for the Solid Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by McClain Industries is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of McClain Industries in the amount -of Eighteen Thou-
sand Five Hundred Eighty Three and 04/100 ($18,583.04) Dollars, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
