RE''S'0 LUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the construction of
CIP Project NO. 11 -ST -03, the same being the construction of a con-
crete, curbed, and guttered street with underground drainage on
Washington Boulevard from Fourth Street to Interstate 10, including
all approaches to the Fourth Street intersection, but with a 1,000
foot leave -out at the Eleventh Street intersection, has been exa-
mined by the City Council, and been found to be in the best interest
of the City of Beaumont and its citizenry, and said plans and speci-
fications are, in all respects, finally approved and adopted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Offi-
cials are hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the construc-
tion of Project No. 11 -ST -03, the cost of said construction to be
paid from CIP Bond Fund.
