WHEREAS, the developers of Manion Place, Third Addition and
Manion Oaks, Section 3 Addition have completed the construction of
the water, sanitary sewer, street and storm sewer improvements'in
those additions; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the -street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer improvements
serving Manion Place, Third Addition, and Manion Oaks, Section 3 Addi-
tion be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont
and shall be continuously maintained by said City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
