BE IT RESOLVED BY,THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with the Criminal Justice Council, State of Texas, accepting a
grant in the amount of $14,500 for a Management Study of the Beau-
mont Police Department Records.
