BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Beaumont an agreement with the Housing
Authority of the City of Beaumont, Texas, extending that certain
agreement between the City of Beaumont and the Housing Authority
of the City of Beaumont, Texas, 'dated February 8, 1966, to cover
the period from February 9, 1974, to February 8, 1975, and the
City Clerk is authorized.to attest to said agreement and to affix
the seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
