RE S 0 L U'T I'O'N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has received bids from various
qualified professional organizations for the furnishing of a Records
Management Study for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid of
the International Association of Chiefs of Police in the amount of
$11,000 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract
with the International Association of Chiefs of Police for a Records
Management Study for the Police Department in the amount of $11,000;
the City Clerk is authorized to attest to said contract, and appropriate
City Officials are authorized to make payments in accordance with said
contract to International Association of Chiefs of Police.
