BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract
with Gulf Oil Corporation for a year's supply of gasoline for City
vehicles and equipment.- The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
attest to said contract.
