R E S O L U T' 'I' O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the construction of
street and drainage improvements on East Lucas from Eastex Free-
way to Magnolia Street, Project No. 11 -ST -04 of the Capital Improve-
ments Program, having been examined by the City Council, which be-
lieves same to be in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and
its citizenry, are in all respects, finally approved and adopted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Offi-
cials are hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the construc-
tion of Project No. 11 -ST -04, the cost of said construction to be
paid from the Capital Improvements Program Fund.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
