WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont desires to install a twenty-
four (24") inch waterline crossing Southern Pacific Tracks, 1,516
feet west from Mile Post #284; and a sixty-six (6611) inch sanitary
sewer line crossing the Southern Pacific Tracks 1,365 feet west
from Mile Post #283;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a
license agreement with,the Southern Pacific Transportation Company
allowing the City of Beaumont to install a 24" waterline crossing
the Southern Pacific Tracks 1,516 feet west from Mile Post #284
and a 66" sanitary sewer line crossing the Southern Pacific Tracks
1,365 feet west of Mile Post #283; and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to pay $50 in consideration for said license
agreement.
