A R E S -O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of May, 1973, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, did.file with the County Clerk of Jefferson County,
Texas, certain liens in the total amount of $57. 13, including all costs
of recording, covering . Lots 10 and 11 in Block "E" and Lots 1 and 5
in Block "E" of the MAYFAIR ADDITION to the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, which said liens are recorded in the M & L
Records of said County in Volume 1483 at Pages 297 and 313 respectively,
and

WHEREAS, ANNA D. JACKSON is the owner of said
properties and desires to pay to the City of Beaumont the monies re-
presented by said liens and have same released to her;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT ;
That KEN RITTER, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized to exe-
cute and deliver to the' said ANNA D. JACKSON a release of the above
described liens, for and in consideration of the sum aforementioned,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City of
Beaumont thereto.
