R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to pay
Texaco, Inc. One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty -Seven and 10/100
($1,657.10) Dollars for the purchase of 7,300 gallons of 453 Chief
L. Diesel Fuel as the best bidder of informal bids.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974'.
