NOW,, THEREFORE., BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the.Mayor:of the City.of Beaumont is hereby,authorized e

cute a licenseagreement. with Missouri-Pacific�Railroad Company to
construct a twenty -:four (24") inch waterline crossing beneath the'
Missouri Pacific Railroad .pr,oper,ties 1,508 feet: west._from, mile post
