WHEREAS, the,developers of Caldwood Addition, Blocks 18,. 19.
and 20 have completed the construction of the street paving, water
lines, and sanitary sewers and storm sewers within said subdivision
in accordance with the standards of the City of..Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
Qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main,
tained.by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the street, drainage, water line, storm and sanitary sewer im7
provements serving Caldwood Addition. Blocks,18, 19 and 20 as above-
described, be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Beau
mont, and shall be continuously maintained by .said City.
