R E S O L U T I O N
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to purchase
one used dragline for the Fleet Maintenance Department from Bado
Equipment Company for $24,600 as the best bidder of bids submitted.
