A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of May, 1973, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, did file with the County Clerk of Jefferson
County, Texas, one certain lien in the amount of $12. 82, including
all costs of recording, covering Lot No. 12, in Block No. 7, of the
BEL AIR ADDITION to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
which said lien is recorded.in the M & L Records of said County in
Volume 1483 at Page 332; and
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of May, 1973, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, filed with the County Clerk of Jefferson County,
Texas, one certain lien in the amount of $25. 42,. including all costs
of recording, covering Lot Nos. 17 and 18, in Block No. 4, of the
LAMAR ADDITION to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
which said lien is recorded in the M & L Records of said County in
Volume 1483 at Page 340; and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of August, 1972, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, did file with the County Clerk of Jefferson County,
Texas, one certain lien in the amount of $11. 85, including all costs
of recording, covering the North 1/2 of Lot Nos. 35 and 36, in Block
No. 5, of the PEAR ORCHARD ESTATES ADDITION to the City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which said lien is recorded in
the M & L Records of said County in Volume 1445 at Page 492; and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of August, 1972, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, filed with the County Clerk of Jefferson County,
Texas, one certain lien in the amount of $31. 50, including all costs
of recording, covering Lot Nos. 2 and 3, in Block No. 17, of the
OAKWOOD ADDITION to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,

WHEREAS, B. L. DICKINSON ESTATE, MRS. H. F.
KENNEY, RAYMOND JONES and HERBERT OLDHAM, the owners
of said properties, respectively, desires to pay to the City of Beaumont
the monies represented by said liens and have same -released to them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF T -HE CITY OF BEAUMONT ;
That KEN RITTER, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized to exe-
cute and deliver to the said B. L. DICKINSON ESTATE, MRS, H. F.
KENNEY, RAYMOND JONES and HERBERT OLDHAM a release of
the above described liens, for and in consideration of the sum afore-
mentioned, receipt of which is' hereby acknowledged, and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City
of Beaumont thereto.
