R E S O L U T I O N
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE'
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to purchase
from Michel Machinery Company a front loader assembly for the amount
of One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty and No/100 ($1,420.00) Dollars
which is the lowest bid of informal.bids received.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
