R E S O L U T I O N
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official be, and he is hereby authorized,
to make payment in the amount of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty -
Eight and 56/100 ($1,328.56) Dollars, plus freight charges to Marion
Power Shovel Company of Marion, Ohio, for emergency repair parts
needed to repair the No. 35 Marion dragline belonging to the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
