A R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: .
That the Mayor be,. and he is hereby authorized, to execute a deed
conveying a certain tract out of the SHELL ROAD ADDITION to
JOHN CAMPBELL in exchange for the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED
ELEVEN AND N0/100 ($711.00) DOLLARS,.which said property
was acquired by the City of Beaumont, The South Park Independent
School District and the County of Jefferson at a sheriff's sale for
delinquent taxes; and that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
authorized to attest the same and to affix the seal of The City of
Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1973.
