NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:-
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a license
agreement with Amoco Production Company for the installation of
a six (6") inch line under and across East Dowlen Road, and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said license agree-
ment and to affix the Seal of the City thereto.
PASSED BY E CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
