BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to employ Underwood Neuhaus and
Company to serve as fiscal agents in connection with the issuance and sale of
Certificates of Obligation for financing deficits in the cost of construction
of -i'mprovements to the City's sanitary sewer system; with compensation to be
based upon said company's standard fee schedule;
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to employ Vinson, Elkins, Searls, Connally & Smith to serve as attorneys in
connection with the issuance of"the sale of. said Certificates of Obligation in
accordance with their standard fee schedule for said work..-
