R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, under the Assessment -Paving Program of the City of Beaumont,
the Public Works Department has recommended thepavingof Myrna Loy Drive and
Charlotte Drive from Highland Avenue to Bonnie Lee Lane, and Bonnie Lee Lane
between Myrna Loy Drive and Charlotte Drive, under the Assessment -Paving Programs;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont is of the opinion that
this recommendation should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the recommendation by the Public Works Department that Myrna Loy Drive and
Charlotte Drive from Highland Avenue to Bonnie Lee Lane and Bonnie Lee Lane
between Myrna Loy Drive and Charlotte Drive be paved under the Assessment -Paving
Program is hereby approved and the Public. Works Department is directed to prepare
plans, specifications, and cost estimates with reference to this Project for
presentation to the City Council.
