BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the construction of the Utility
Service Center, Project No, II-WU-01 of the Capital Improvements Program, hav-
Ing been examined by the City Council, which believes same to be in the best
interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizenry, are in all respects,
finally approved and adopted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the construction of Project No.
11-WU-01, the cost of said construction to be paid from the Capital Improve-
ments Program Fund, said bids to be received at 4:00 P, M., December 20, 1973.
