R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, only one bid was received on November 20, 1973, for eighteen
(18) automobiles for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids were not
representative;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT-
THAT the bids received on November 20, 1973, from W. L, Pate Chrysler Plymouth
for eighteen (18) automobiles for the Police Department is hereby rejected,
and the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to readvertize for bids
for said automobiles.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1973.
