WHEREAS, the.City Council of the City of Beaumont had
heretofore ordered a.benefit hearing for the proposed assessment=
paving of Blossom Drive from Washington -Boulevard to 'the south
line of Blocks 1 & 2 in the Fleetwoo & Addition and of Parish and.
Procter.Streets from Blossom Drive East to End to be held.on
December 43 1973; and,
WHEREAS,. the City Council will notbe meeting that day;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY..OF BEAUMONT:
THAT -the benefit -hearing heretofore scheduled by the City Council
to be held on December -4, 1973,,'for the proposed.assessment-paving
of Blossom Drive from Wa`shington.Boulevard to the south line of,'..
Blocks,l & 2 in the Fleetwood Addition and: of Parish and.Procter
Streets from Blossom Drive East to End to be held December 115
1973 at 10:00 A.. M. in the City Council`Chambers,, City Hall,
City of Beaumont, Texas..
