R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Huber's, Inc. executed
a certain contract on September 21, 1973, for flooring of the
second floor.hallway of City Hall at a total contract price of
Five Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty -Four and No/100 ($5,984.00)
Dollars; and,
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer has inspected
the work and recommends its acceptance in final payment to the
contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the
aforesaid contract in all particulars and further authorizes
final payment of $5,984.00 to the contractor in accordance with
said contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this the _ % day of
1973.
