BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the construction of
East Lavaca, Project No. 11-ST-06.of the Capital Improvements
Program, having been examined by the City Council, which believes
the same to be in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and
its citizenry, are, in all respects, finally approved and adopted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Of-
ficials are hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the con-
struction of Project 11 -ST -06, the cost of such construction to
be paid from the Capital Improvements Program Bond Fund.
