R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the final plans and specifications for the construction of
Phelan Boulevard Phase II, extending Phelan Boulevard from Calder
Street to the West, Project No. RS -T-11, having been examined by
the City Council, which believes the same to be in the best in-
terest of the City of Beaumont and its citizenry, are in all re-
spects, finally approved and adopted;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City
Officials are hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the con-
struction of Phase II of Phelan Boulevard, Project RS -T-11, the
cost of such construction to be paid from the Revenue Sharing
Fund.
