R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Beaumont has
assigned to the City of Beaumonttrao insurance policies; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has agreed to accept owner-
ship of these two insurance policies and pay the proceeds, if
any, received by the City to an individual, to be named by the
said City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE.CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contractual
agreement with the City Manager to pay the proceeds, if any, re-
ceived by the City of Beaumont under the Prudential Insurance
Company of American Policy No. 45615377, and the Louisiana and
Southern Life -Insurance Company Insurance Policy No. 139086 to
a person named by the City Manager.
