BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to exe-
cute a lease with Mobil Oil Corporation for . an__:unimproved part
of Carroll Street Park extending approximately 400 feet south
of Grant Street and 200 feet west of Grove Street for a period
of one year at a monthly rental of Fifty -Five ($55.00) Dollars.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said lease.
