A R E S O, L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute a deed
conveying a certain tract out of the BEAUMONT HEIGHTS ADDI-
TION to AMBROSE and LUCILLE TURNER in exchange for the sum
of FIVE HUNDRED AND N0/100 ($500, 00) DOLLARS,. which said
property was acquired by the City of Beaumont, and the Beaumont
Independent School District and the County of Jefferson at a sheriff's
sale for delinquent taxes; and that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby authorized to attest the same and to affix the seal of The
City thereto.
