R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, a front-end loader garbage truck, No. 630,
of the Solid Waste Department, is inoperative as a result of
needed repairs; and,
WHEREAS, materials necessary to repair this front-end
loader garbage.truck can only be purchased .from one company;
and,
WHEREAS, an emergency situation exists with reference
to tle.necessity for this particular front-end loader;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to
purchase a new Packer -Ram Cylinder and other equipment necessary
for the emergency repairs to the front-end loader garbage truck
No. 630 of the Solid Waste Department in the estimated amount
of $1,692.95.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this ,Cl� day of
