R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is
necessary to purchase parts to repair the 1961 Gallion Motor
Grader, City Unit No. 8; and,
WHEREAS, Gallion Company is the only source for these
parts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proper City Official is hereby authorized to purchase
parts necessary for repairs to the 1961 Gallion Motor Grader,
City Unit No. 8 in the estimated.cost'of $7,000.
