R E S 0 L U T I 0 N_
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Hagan Fence Company
executed a certain contract on August 28, 1973, for fencing at
the Solid Waste Department at a total contract price of Two
Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy -One and 60/100 ($2,971.60) Dol-
lars; and,
WHEREAS, the.City's consulting engineer has inspected
the work and recommends its acceptance in final payment to the
contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the
aforesaid contract in all particulars and further authorizes
final payment of $2,9.71.60 to the-contractor.in accordance with
said contract.
PASSED -BY THE CITY COUNCIL this they day of
