WHEREAS, professional soils investigation work is necessary
at the.Municipal Athletic Complex; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont has
determined that this work should be done by Southwestern Labora-
tories,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Southwestern Laboratories is hereby authorized to do soils
investigation work at the Municipal Athletic Complex at an estimated
cost of $1,685.00.
