BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to exe-
cute a permit to Lamar University for placement of utility
tunnels across Georgia Street between Cunningham and Callaghan;
traversing Colorado Street from Cunningham to University; tra-
versing Cunningham Street from Colorado to Virginia Street and
crossing Virginia Street; and traversing University from Colorado
to Virginia and crossing Virginia Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this the J6 41c day of
1973.
