R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the Health Department of the City of.Beaumont
needs to effectuate emergency repairs on its small autoclave;
a nd,
WHEREAS, Striegler Sterilizer Service of Houston,
Texas is the only available firm to make the emergency repairs;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that these
repairs in the amount of approximately $3,000 should be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to enter
into agreement with Striegler Sterilizer Service for emergency
repairs to the small autoclave in the Health Department of the
City of Beaumont for the approximate cost of $3,000.
