R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Plains -Machinery Company has furnished parts
and freight for the repair of the 1969 Maintainer, Unit No. 61,
used in the Street and Maintenance Department; and,
WHEREAS, Plains Machinery Company was the only source
for. said parts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to pay
Plains Machinery Company One Thousand Sixty -Nine and 72/100
($1,069.72) Dollars for parts and freight for the repair of the
1969 Maintainer, Unit No. 61.
