R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Mobil Chemical Company desires to place a 6011
raw water line across McKesson Drive, Spur 380, Vermont Street
and Florida Street; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that a permit
for this crossing should.be granted to Mobil Chemical Company;
NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE
IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY
COUNCIL OF
THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute
a permit to.Mobil Chemical. Company to construct a 60" raw water
line across McKesson Drive, Spur 380, Vermont Street and Florida
Street in accordance with direction by the City Engineer.
