A R E S.0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the acquisition of right-of-way in the general
vicinty of Washington Boulevard and 11th Street (C.I.P. Project
No. 11 -ST -03), is essential to the location, construction,
widening and maintenance of said Washington Boulevard and inter-
sections thereon, and is considered in the best interest of The
City of Beaumont, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Legal Department be, and is hereby, directed to proceed
with preliminary work for the acquisition of the necessary right-
of-way for said Project, including the retention of appraisers
and title information.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this thec26� day of
