R E S 0 L U T I O -N
WHEREAS-, the City received informal bids for the pur-
chase.of a K & E Transit, Model No. 740000 for the Engineering
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Triangle Blue Print Company submitted a bid
of One Thousand and Forty -Five and 50/100 ($1;045.50) Dollars
for said transit for the Engineering Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Triangle Blue Print Company is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Triangle Blue Print Company in the amount of
One Thousand and Forty -Five and 50/100 ($1,045.50) Dollars,
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
