A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the Municipal Code Corporation has submitted
its invoice for supplements to the Code of Ordinances in the
amount of $1,240.48; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont has
determined that this invoice should be paid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to pay
the invoice of the Municipal Code Corporation in the amount of
$1,240.48.
