A R E S 0 L U T I O N
WHEREAS, professional soils investigation work is
necessary at the Water Utilities Service Center C.I.P. Project
ll-WU-01; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont
has determined that this work should be done by Southwestern
Laboratories,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Southwestern Laboratories is hereby authorized to do soils
investigation work at the Water Utilities Service Center under
C.I.P. Project 11-WU-01 at an estimated cost of $1,450.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this day of
1973.
