WHEREAS, the City received bids for furnishing one TR -6
Radar Unit for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Kustom Signals, Inc. submitted a bid for fur-
nishing said Radar Unit for the Police Department; and;
WHEREAS,.the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kustom Signals, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Kustom Signals, Inc., in the amount of One
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty -Five and 50/100 ($1,255.50) Dollars
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this the day of
1973.
