R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to exe-
cute an agreement on behalf of the City of Beaumont with the
developer of Blue Lakes Estates Addition for City participation
in the paving of Clay Circle from Scenic Drive east 180 feet
and a total cost to the City of Nine Hundred Thirty -Eight and
78/100 ($938.78) Dollars.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1973.
