A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, claims for relocation costs in compliance
with the Federal Relocation Assistance Act have been received
from Neches Electric Company and Mr. Oscar Sims for relocation
expenses resulting from their displacement in Capital Improve-
ment Project ll -B-01; and,
WHEREAS, said claims are properly supported in com-
pliance with the procedure established for the relocation
assistance program; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Attorney's Office be, and it is hereby, authorized
to pay Neches Electric Company and Mr. Oscar Sims in accordance
with the relocation assistance program and in accordance with
the reports submitted by the City Attorney relative to said
claim.
