NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont an easement to Gulf
States Utilities Company to provide electric service to the
new Y.M.C.A. building at 3455 Sarah Street; and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized to affix the seal of the City of Beaumont
thereto.
