WHEREAS, The City received bids on July 17, 1973, for
furnishing various office furniture for the Public Works and
Engineering Departments; and,
WHEREAS, the following submitted the lowest and best
bids for each item as bid ,per the specifications, and in the
opinion of the City Council should be accepted and awarded the
following bids; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following bids be.accepted and awarded in their
respective groups:
(1) Group A, Szaf.ir's, Inc. for Items 1, 4, 7, 12 and
14 in the amount of $1,528.56.
(2) Group B, Lamb' -s Printing Company for Items 5, 6, 8
and 9 in the amount of $717.18.
(3) Group C, Fernon's Office Outfitters for Item 13 in
the amount of $62.00. -
